  Awful attitude, the worst I've ever come across! Arranged with this company to collect my car because it's currently un-driveable and I need a diagnostic test one on it. After they agreed they would collect the car, I waited all day for them to turn up, not even a call! When I called in Heidi (the receptionist) said "we're not collecting, we're too busy and when the boss, Andrew, makes a decision that's it." To end the conversation she also said "You are waisting my time, I have other customers to deal with" and hung up! I am shocked by this terrible customer service of this company. We chose AP Engineering because the excellent feedback written here but now wonder if the reviews previously written here are actually fake as we experienced a far from exemplary service!
