  We bought from Colne apartment in a new housing estaet in Chelmsford is terribly benefits people throw out trash on parking , smoke cigarettes under the window which are on the ground floor of people who are nonsmoker and the windows are very low , even lay the swimming pool under the building for a months They play football and they hit a wall or window This is disgusting behavior Colne are not too keen of helping when something is wrong with the apartment( inside) We are not satisfied with internet the slowest speed is only possible !
