  Really bad service, paid £28 for tracking, was asked to return the car during the week so they could heat the lock nut up, which I have had done in the past at other fast fit places, which my wife did as I work during the week. When she went to collect car she was presented with a bill for another £88 for heating a nut up which takes all of about 10 minutes. My wife phoned me before paying and I challenged the manager about the extortionate price and that I work in the motor trade he quickly reduced the bill by half. The dispute is still ongoing and I honestly feel that I was ripped off. Avoid like the plague. And just to verify I was never given a quote for any additional work needed. Will be going back to formula one auto centres north station road in Colchester
